I had new motherboard installed and now I can?t use either of my printers, I get different error messages like: ?computer not communicating with the printer? and ?printer offline? (which is incorrect) Also I get an error message that says I have an old version of the UNIDRV.DLL file and need a newer version ( which I have found and in stalled in the systems folder to no affect)The printer is online and the LPT1 port appears in the device manager without conflict . I have another pc that is running win98se also and I have had no trouble installing both of my printers in that one using the same drivers. I?m running out of idea?s |
