Immidiately after I installed it, when I opened Outlook up, and clicked OK to to make the Office Assistant's tip disapear, Outlook would close immidiately. Luckily I have Windows ME and have been able to restore my system to before I installed the update. I have tried this twice with the same results. I was hoping that someone has had the same problem and would have a remedy. I hear that there is now a Service Release 2 out now, maybe I could also install this and fix the problem. WinMe; 128Mb RAM; 667 Celeron; 5Gb free HD. |

This product key has been 'black listed' and will no longer worrk with Office 2000 SR-1 or higher. Contact the reseller of your Office product to obtain a valid product CD key. For more information about a resolution see article Q267968 in the Microsoft Support Knowledge Base at http://search.support.microsoft.com |
