My ESS Allegro D3D soundcard will not play the ingame sound when I play Aliens V Predator. The music and voice works but no sound such as weapon fire, doors opening etc., I have tried reinstalling the drivers I have DirectX8 and have checked the soundsetup in System Properties and Multimedia there are no errors or conflicts. My computer is an Compaq 550mhz 8mb videocard, 12mb3dfx V2, 128mbRAM and 10GHD. I did a full install of Aliens v Predator. Whats wrong? is it the game itself. |
