14029	2001-06-12 09:16:00	I bought this CD early last year and have this problem getting it to run. When I click on the icon to run it I get this error message 'An error prevented execution of bcd.exe' this message appears in the Netscape screen. Nothing runs frm that point on. I tried e-mailing all sorts of Brittanica service sites for months and never once got a reply. I have uninstalled and reinstalled from the CD but always to no avail. There does not appear to be a progran bcd.exe on either the installation disk or the program disc. Can anyone help. I am running Netscape 4.77, P3 computer with 128meg ram, using Win 98 SE.	Guest (0)
14030	2001-06-12 12:16:00	Hello Peter The Warehouse had a bad batch of these Cd's last year,apparently a few critical files were left off of the Cd, allowing only about 90% of installation to complete then setup would just stall and do nothing. I don't know if you sourced yours from there or not, but regardless your Cd seems to have the same problem. Alan	Guest (0)
