You could try Regclean which does a certain amount of repairs to your registry, it may help. Its better to fix your problem than buy another O/S( Its like buying a new car because your old one had a loose sparkplug lead and didn't run well, plus with O/S's the paintwork never gets crusty). You could try downloading a system diagnostice programme which may pick up some faults, Sisoft Sandra is good. If the worst comes to the worst save all your data, reformat and reinstall everything for a fresh start. |
