| 14065 | 2001-06-13 04:03:00 | When I select the open New Word Document option in Word 97, the programme has picked up an existing Document, which appears in lieu of a Black work sheet. Deleting the Document that is coming up each time has not solved the problem. Any Ideas please. |

| 14066 | 2001-06-15 12:10:00 | Hi. It sounds as if you've unintentially replaced your Normal.Dot template. To fix this recreate your blank document as you want it. Then choose File, Save As, choose Document Template in the 'Save as Type' place. In Word 2000 the location will change automatically to the Templates location, I don't know if Word 97 will do that. Anyway you should see Normal.Dot as one of the files there. Choose Normal.Dot as the filename and replace the old one. That should fix the problem. Hope that helps. |
