| 14169 | 2001-06-15 03:57:00 | Several times I have arranged certain icons on the desktop into a position that I like......but they don't always stay where I put 'em! Usually after rebooting, the icons have a habit of wandering back to their original positions...very annoying! Why do they do this and how can I chain 'em down? | 14170 | 2001-06-15 05:28:00 | Jan, Try this: Right-Click on the desktop Select 'Arrange Icons' from the drop-down box, then if 'Auto Arrange' is CHECKED, UN-CHECK it. Hope this helps! :-) - Mary |
