| 14210 | 2001-06-16 05:02:00 | When my computer freezes, the mouse pointer stops, the alt-ctrl-del combination does not work. When push the reset button, the computer does not detect the hard drive or the cd-rom drives. I have to turn the power off and then back on. When power comes back on, the computer detects the harddrive and the CD-rom drives again. I don't know much about how the hardware is connected together. However I am thinking it may be a wiring problem. How can I know for sure what the problem is? |
