14312	2001-06-17 13:00:00	I am connected to Ultra's Ihug.It uploads from the modem and downloads from satellite.Recently it's bypassing the satellite connection and downloading from the modem - hence I get slow download speed.Ultra's helpdesk don't know what to do!!Anybody got any suggestions. 14313	2001-06-18 02:26:00	On your PC's system tray(bottom right) is a PC linked to PC icon indicating the dial-up adaptor. Are you saying the top PC (receive) and the bottom PC (transmit) are both flashing? The Skymedia adaptor doesn't flash with a little red block on the top of the satellite dish ? The only way to do this is if you change your login to tell the network to send on the modem only. You do this during bad weather. The login format is 'user@ihug.co.nz' for modem only. The login format to send over the Satellite is just 'user' Check the login hasn't been changed back in error. If the login is correct and you are sending and receiving over the dial-up icon only then IHUG have a misconfiguration on your account. Escalate it with them.	Guest (0)
