| 14331 | 2001-06-19 09:33:00 | Hi there, I have Microsoft Word and sometimes I need to change the margins to 1cm around, but however it does not let me like it used to saying that its gone beyond where the printer prints to. Before, I have printed to as close as 0.5cm and it worked. But now it doesn't. Why, do I need to change any settings? And when I want to put a border/frame on the document with 1cm space each side, it comes out ok on the computer but prints out with borders about 2.5cm for 1 side and 3cm for another then 1cm (its never even)? Why, once again to I need to change settings? Would you suggest me reinstall the whole printer program? By the way, I have a Telecom/Canon ImageMaker muiltifunction MPC 20. Thank you very much for your time! |

In the File, Print... dialog box make sure 'Scale to paper size' is set to 'No Scaling'. Hope this helps. | Guest (0) | ||
