14422 2001-06-20 22:57:00 When printing a HTML email containing graphics my printers print a box where the graphic/picture should be inside of which is a small square with a x in it.
This is a recent event and only happens from one computer. I can't find any settings within the programme to remedy this. I use Outlook 2000 for email and IE5 for browsing. Win98Se O/S
Thanks for any help

14423 2001-06-20 23:09:00 If printing from IE try going to 'tools' on the top menu bar then 'internet options' then click on the 'advanced' tab at the top right then scroll down and look for a printing section and make sure 'print background colours and images' is turned on. Guest (0)

The 'print background colours and images' was not ticked but ticking it has not made any difference in printing from Outlook with this computer. I have another computer that prints the images from Outlook and that box is not ticked. There must be another setting somewhere.
Thanks for your try!
