Not all the time, just now and again.I'm new to computers,i got no manuals with my second hand computer.I got a new mouse but it did not fix it.The only way I know to get it going is to turn the whole thing off wait 10 seconds and start again!,wich I've been told is not a nice way to treat a computer. Some one please help.I'm not sure how long my computer will put up with me treating it this way. |

I would presume that the caps-lock light on the keyboard doesn't work either when it's in this state. This sort of lockup is often caused by overheating, or a problem with your video card. Try to see if there is a pattern to these crashes, as it may offer a clue to what the problem is. |
