| 14401 | 2001-06-21 03:10:00 | I have an HP Deskjet 400 printer. Every time I want to print out a document I have to manually go to properties/graphics/colour and manually select 'print in black and white only'. There must be a way to reset default to this setting - but I can't seemt to suss it. Would appreciate any help. | Guest (0) | ||

If you want to easily switch between b&W and colour set up a new printer called something like deskjet - colour ar something like that and set the colour properties. Then when printing, all you have to do is select which printer you wish to use. Set the most used setting as the default printer. |
