| 14621 | 2001-06-26 08:37:00 | I have had my PC rebuilt(Win 95)& retained the old small hard drive for the Brothers Keeper Genealogy program (thank you June imag) To clear off the old data etc will I format it by Quick or Full, or by some other method. Thanks, J. |

| 14622 | 2001-06-27 23:20:00 | I assume that you have installed the small drive as a slave & it has taken the first available drive letter EG:D:/? if you wish to erase it you can do so by going to start programs (or accessories depending on OS)& click on MS-DOS PROMPT. type format D: & then follow the prompts. When format is finished type EXIT & press enter to go back to windows. PS: entering the wrong drive letter can cause you to lose valueable data so be very careful. |
