| 14575 | 2001-06-25 08:24:00 | Win 98. No dial tone on modem error message. Have run modem diagnostics and get error message in 'OpenCom' dialog box saying 'Port already open' Can anyone advise what is causing this and how to fix it? Have tried re-booting, scandisk, loaded new modem driver, no conflicts in Device Manager. Now run out of ideas. Thanks Sergio |
