| 14716 | 2001-06-28 09:22:00 | Just after I first networked 486 and 686, when I tried to open Outlook Express on the 486, a warning sign appeared 'outlook express could not be started as MSOE.DLL could not be loaded', then my 686 went faulty to fix the MSOE.DLL problem I reinstalled windows (95) then Outlook Express worked fine. Now the 686 is fixed and networked to the 686 the MSOE.DLL notice is back on the 486, | Guest (0) | ||

It ascribes the problem to version issues within your Outlook Express installation.Go to support.microsoft.com to see the article, which also describes what to do to fix it. | Guest (0) | ||
