I have setup my Outlook at home to recive my messages there as well as work. If I recive a message while at work is it posibble to also recive it at home as well(eg. latter that night). Or do I need to resend it to myself so that I can recive it again at home?. If not how would I go about syncing my two PC's while at home for example. |

A colleague of mine does this - he has set in both mail programmes not to erase the message from the server after receiving it. This way, he can have a copy of all his mail on both computers. If you get a lot of mail, you could run into a problem of space on the server with your provider. One way round this is to always download mail from one programme first, without deleting messages from the server, then leave the second mail programme set to delete the messages.
Alternatively, use a web browser application to clear old mail directly from the server - eg if using xtra logon using xtramail. |

Arrange to leave the messages on the server for , say 5 days. To do this go to Tools/options/mail delivery/accounts/mail/properties/advanced and tick the box Delivery/Leave a copy on the server, and enter the number of days you want emails kept on the server. Do this with all computers accessing this account. HTH David |
