14664	2001-06-27 10:47:00	My frinds PC has the following problem that I have been unable to recreate on my own PC. Double clicking on a folder from the desktop (ie my documents or my computer)opens a blank window. When you right click in this window the only option is close. Left click offers no options. After clicking close, the appropriate window is open showing all sub folders and files. How can I resolve this? I have tried folder options and have reinstalled windows. No change.	Guest (0)
