| 14761 | 2001-06-30 08:35:00 | Open WordPad then, Click on to 'View' then click 'Format bar' so it has tick next to it. (now you can click 'bold' (or 'unbold it')) If you like to can click off the 'Format bar', then writing will still be bold. Star Office 5.2 is a great program and it is free, at the moment you can get it with a 'Dick Smith' catalogue. (but you might have to ask them at the shop for the CDROM). |

I want to have 'Bold' as the default font setting in Wordpad such than when you open wordpad and begin typing, the text is in bold. In MSWord, for instance, this can be set by altering your normal.Dot template or fiddling with the VBA code. Any ideas on how to achieve this for WordPad?? Thanks Grant |
