| 1275251 | 2012-05-14 07:21:00 | Is it Pro?? Home doesnt support it. And the hdd needs to be formatted in NTFS, not FAT32. Altho its ghosted here too (in XP mode). Just use something like Truecrypt. Its ghosted in Win 7 Pro as well. So, whats the point in having the option | Speedy Gonzales (78) | ||

| 1275257 | 2012-05-14 21:05:00 | Should, but doesnt. If its meant to, its not enabled by default. It should work in Win7 Pro too, according to some sites. But its ghosted out as well. I did tick it but the details tab was still ghosted. But the flies in the folder I tried were coloured. Which I take it, means theyre encrypted. How, I dont know, because youre meant to password protect them or something arent you?? Theyre not Only version it doesnt work in is Win7 Home premium. And probably the versions under it If you've got XP Home its not there / its not supported. You need Pro |

| 1275258 | 2012-05-14 21:23:00 | yep, it works fine in Win7 Pro on mine. Folder name text goes green when encrypted instead of black. | Iantech (16386) | ||
| 1275259 | 2012-05-14 21:28:00 | Yup it does that. But whats encrypted then? What exactly do they mean by encrypt? I thought it meant with a password or something | Speedy Gonzales (78) | ||
