| 1252348 | 2012-01-05 23:39:00 | www.dailymail.co.uk Here in NZ the lady would be expected by the Feld Polizei to just them get in take the gun and use it against herself and the baby. At best the FP would drag out the decision to charge for a long time to put the victim under as much stress as possible. We need to change the laws here so home invaders have to think twice about invading a NZ house because the owner could wax them legally. Need to change the laws here so we can at least store the ammo with the gun. With these stupid laws the gun is as good as useless. |

| 1252349 | 2012-01-06 00:27:00 | And the guy standing outside keeping watch gets charged with the death - you gotta love America. Otherwise I believe what she did would be legal in New Zealand providing the gun was licensed. |

| 1252350 | 2012-01-06 00:30:00 | 18-year-old Sarah McKinley’s 58-year-old husband Kenneth had died , leaving behind their three-month-old son Justin............. Right. But here in NZ, if it was me and someone spent 20 mins trying to break in, as reported, I wouldn't be hanging about, nor reaching for guns, I'd be off out the other door. But we know you approve.....I don't know why you don't move there. |
