I'm typing some of these posts on my netbook and my fingers are larger than the keys.

And it's usually dark.
And I'm usually typing in bed.
And I'm usually old.

1252248 2012-01-05 19:11:00 I think it's gone now. But here's the site that has a lot of oddball things::: http://curiositycounts.com/ SurferJoe46 (51)
1252249 2012-01-05 19:20:00 Top Gear UK did a article once on the cost of importing into the UK a left hand drive car and a right hand drive version of the same car. The RHD cost about 40% more.
Pity that the Poms decided that left side driving was good..

1252251 2012-01-05 21:31:00 I don't know the history, but didn't England have roads first? surely it's the Americans that decided to drive on the opposite side.
I thought it came from something historical like having your sword arm (most people are right handed) towards any potential enemies coming the other way from medieval times.

Whatever the reasons America seems to like ignoring the rest of the world and doing things their own way, never mind if there's already an international standard, they'll invent a new one.
They also have world series they don't invite any other countries to compete in. I gues they like their independance, they did fight for it after all.

the link didn't work for me either so sorry if I'm off topic.
