1252520 2012-01-10 00:31:00 Interesting; I searched for that and found this: www.bit-tech.net

The description of which sounds pretty much the same as this idea too: web.mit.edu that I recall reading last year

Thats called the 10 year syndrome, remember not to hold your breath, unless less of course you like the colour blue.

1252521 2012-01-10 00:47:00 Well hopefully both come about... two competing technologies should drive prices down, and hopefully performance up! Agent_24 (57)
1252522 2012-01-11 04:39:00 Cool beans :) So you got the Transformer home yet? :D

Should arrive tomorrow or Friday at the latest (not something they stock in quantities it would seem). :)

1252524 2012-01-12 23:35:00 Well I am currently waiting for delivery of a DVCN10, good specs and Android 3.2, costing me less than just about all the other tabs out there will write a review once we have had it for a while

This arrived this morning, set it up to our wireless created the gmail accounts for both SWMBO and me, haven't seen it since as she is in bed sick. Initial thoughts works as it should response is nice and fast, sound is good, screen is really clear. Haven't had chance to test camera yet.

It is running Android 3.2

1252526 2012-01-13 00:13:00 yes I did see that but not until after we ordered one in. We bring in quite a lot of electronic components from China for sons business, so ordering overseas is not a big problem. I am impressed at how relatively easy Android is to set up having never used it before gary67 (56)

Doesn't look worthwhile importing at all.
