14821	2001-07-02 00:20:00	After a couple of bad shut downs on a friends PC, caused by power outages, IE will not launch. I have tried a reinstall over the top with 5.5 & 5.5 SP1. Also renaming Iexplore.exe, then reinstall. Both ways we got incomplete messages. I had removed all cookies and history prior. The PC only came with a restore Cd, so have been using PC World Plus Cd. Modem works and can connect to ISP. Have thought about rolling back to a restore point, unsure this would work.	Guest (0)
