| 14822 | 2001-07-01 23:33:00 | Have asked help on this before. I have a Tv-PC 300, which worked well intermittently and driver needed repeated re-install. Then this became no longer possible. Contacted Trendnet and new driver, same result. Camera works on other computers running 2000Prof. New camera, EC 351, same result. Seems unable to find the required driver on disks. |

| 14823 | 2001-07-02 09:20:00 | hi Dot, your camera is a USB one isn't it? You may want to find out if there are any motherboard or USB drivers for your system you need to install. If you are running a W9x OS then start in safe mode and clear out all copies of the driver, and check there are no multiple USB controller entries too. After restarting, plug the camera in while switched on. If the drivers work on other computers running the same OS as you then they should work on your system too. |
