14995 2001-07-04 09:55:00 I have just brought a new PC.. I am s ongoing problem, that I can't seem to find any way of fixing.... When I go into Outlook Express, I loose my internet connection. I only loose my connection when I go into Outlook... everything else is OK... I may have ticked the wrong program box, or something, but can't see where I have gone wrong... Someone please HELP! In Outlook Express, click 'Tools' then 'Options'.

Click the 'Connection' tab, and make sure there is not a tick in the box next to 'Hang up after sending and receiving'.

You may also want to confirm that Outlook Express shares your browser's connection, and click the 'Change' button to modify if needed.
