14988	2001-07-04 09:10:00	Howdy, I have IE5.5. When dialing up to the internet, about 1 times in every 10, as soon as I'm connected, my computer just restarts, I have to go through scandisk aswell. Sometimes this will occur if I take the window focus from the dial up software to another program like Word, or even the Desktop or Start Menu. I am currently on Jetstart with Xtra and it happens after verifying user ID, but I was on 56k with Paradise and the same thing happened. Does anyone know why this is happening? Please help me!!! 14989	2001-07-04 21:29:00	During one particular week my computer also went through a time of annoying restarts, and then the problemm vanished. I never did find out what the problem was, but in retrospect think it may have been some Windows conflict with the Norton System Monitor utility which I no longer use. Perhaps you could try shutting down various software and see if this rectifies the problem - Start\Run\Msconfig. Sorry I can't be more helpful.	Guest (0)
