15337	2001-07-10 16:44:00	After uninstalling Outlook Express and Internet Explorer, except The Internet Options. I reinstalled the latest version 5.5 only to find that Outlook Express totally refuses to run and while Internet Explorer works it wont open our online Banking page or our Hotmail accounts.I am running a Pent 166 with Win95 which runs very well so I am guessing I have some kind of software or settings problems.Maybe I deleted something I wasnt supposed to during my clean up.Any help much appreciated. 15338	2001-07-10 22:03:00	What error messages are you getting? I think if you use the 5.5 service pack you can install it right over the top of your existing version. Go tools/internet options/security and see wat security level you are on.	Guest (0)
