| 15286 | 2001-07-10 01:58:00 | I have a PC with 2 Hard Drives set as: 1 drive =C & 1 drive partitioned into D & E drives and my CD drive is F Windows 95 is installed on C I wish to reformat C and load Windows 95 back into this drive. I have copied the Win95 CD to E Drive but how can I access this after I boot up off my Boot Floppy or is it easier to access Win 95 direct off the Cd in F drive? Any help appreciated |

If you want to install off your cd make sure you can access your cd-rom after booting with a bootdisk. Use fdisk first if want to change the partitions(s) otherwise boot with your bootdisk then type format c: /s. Then reboot and install windows/drivers etc. |
