While producing 'en ' dashes in WORD I must have used the <Ctrl>+<Alt>=<hyphen> command. My cursor changed to a heavy bar [_] instead of a [ | ]. Not realising that this was a 'Death star' cursor I tried to change the font using the <Format>\<Font> command on the toolbar pulldown menu. AS a result, the <Font> command in <Format> is no longer available, nor can I access it through the keyboard shortcut <Alt>+<o>+<f>. As a result I can no longer enter subscripts, superscripts and all the format changes that were available in the <Format>\<Font> menu.
I tried to restore the <Font> command using <Tools>+<Customise>+<Commands> but could not find the magic formula. Can anyone help? |
