| 15415 | 2001-07-12 08:33:00 | How do I make a local drive invisible or unradable to a local user,on win2k. I have multiple users and the are a couple of drives I would rather they had no access to. Thanks in advance for any suggestions Cheers Jim B |

| 15416 | 2001-07-12 23:00:00 | hi Jim, tweakui will allow you to hide drives. I suggest you create accounts for the users with only user permissions, then use NTFS permissions on the drives to secure them further. Apply a policy so users can't get the the control panel to re-enable the drive letters. You *may* be able to hide the drives with a policy too, so avoiding the use of TweakUI. |
