If you are still interested - here's directions to find the referred page: Go to WinGuides Forum at http://www.winguides.com/ then click onto 'Windows Support Forums'. From there click 'General Windows 95, 98 and ME' and then look for the following heading/title - 'Please Help!!! No one knows the answer ...sniff' - which is currently on page 6 or 7 (scroll to bottom of screen to click onto page numbers). You will find 35 postings which relate to your question.
