15454 2001-07-13 09:25:00 Ok first Carla do you have a capslock button on your keyboard? lol, its just annoying to read all caps.
Did you run an up to date virus scan on your pc? because
a virus is a possibility with illegal opps but if your ok there then maybe corrupted/missing files - re-install/update IE/windows if you have not.
bad memory is another possibility although probably the least likely, if all else fails maybe look at formating and re-installing everything as a last resort.

15455 2001-07-13 09:43:00 Hello again Carla, maybe between us Mark and I will sort it out.
First of all I'm concerned about this neo program causing the invalid page fault, look for neo.exe using Find, and tell me where it is. After extensive searching the only 2 neo.exe's that make sense are a browser called Neoplanet, and a trojan that could be related to a trojan called matrix.

If it is a trojan then you will need to run a good anti-virus cleaner.

Keep us posted
