| 15397 | 2001-07-12 00:51:00 | Hi there, I connect to my Application Service Provider using Citrix programme. For last couple of weeks I started having problem with my Windows Start Button on Citrix session. When I click it nothing happens it stays stuck down. I logged off and loggen in aggain. I tried loggin in from different PC. I rung up my ASP Help Desk, after two weeks no luck. Can you Please help me. Regards Kalpesh Acharya |

| 15398 | 2001-07-12 22:12:00 | A couple of options to try, get your ASP to delete your profile, sometimes this can get corrupted and cause all sorts of issues. You profile will probally get saved by your ASP somewhen so when you logon again you get the same corrupt profile. I have also seen this when security permissions are set incorrectly in the users homedrive/profile area. Hope this helps |
