| 15376 | 2001-07-11 12:28:00 | I have an IBM pc365'658913a server motherboard with dual pentium pro cpu's and am running win98se.After finding out that win98se dosent support dual cpu's therefor making one of my cpu's redundent i decided to remove the unused cpu to sell to a friend. Now my pc will not boot up and i cannot enter the cmos settup. After the ram test i'm promted to 'Press F1 to enter CMOS' or 'ESC for fastpost'.Niether of these options work and after tring them or even if i do nothing all i am left with on screen is a small flashing horrizontal line in the top left of the screen and the number '74' in the top righthand corner. I've tried putting the cpu back in but It dosn't make a difference..........'help!!'..'please' | Guest (0) | ||
