| 15580 | 2001-07-16 01:29:00 | Hi. I really need to reformat my hard-drive and reload windows 95 as I have a major registry problem. I have two hard-drives with the main one partitioned. C, E, F, G & H are on one drive with D drive separate. Also have two CD's I & J. Have reboot disk and cabs on 'D'. How do I re-format 'C' and how do I do that without affecting E, F, G & H. Thanks for any help. |

| 15581 | 2001-07-16 07:36:00 | wow thats a bit of a mess :). anyway, normal formating is only on the current partition. Format c: /s will work, but you probably don't need to format the drive as deltree /y c:\*.* will delete everything, aslong as deltree.exe is on your bootdisk. |
