I have replaced the Userenv.dll, Ntdill.dll, but to no avail.

I have even run the System Restore CD, no help
Hoping someone can help.

15528 2001-07-15 06:29:00 Hello Ian
I suspect you have loaded the wrong patch for your OS, the error messages you are getting normally apply to Windows NT and not 98.
I'm not sure how to go about fixing it, but at a guess would suggest you firstly go to Start > Run > type in MSCONFIG click on the startup tab and then remove all refernces to office and any that pertain to the error message you are getting, secondly uninstall office, thirdly get a good registry cleaning utility, Toniarts Easycleaner(http://www.saunalahti.fi/
tonihele/ecleane.htm) would be the one I recommend, clean out your registry and then reinstall office.

Regards
Alan
