15698	2001-07-18 01:28:00	For a while now I have been connecting to the internet through a LAN proxy server, however somewhere along the line have lost the ability to dial in using my own modem. It successfully connects, transmits maybe 500b of data and then always disconnects. Have reinstalled dialup networking, TCP/IP, the modem, tried different ISP's and the problem stays. Slowing the modem down with +ms=v34,1 does not help either. Any suggestions?	Guest (0)
