| 15627 | 2001-07-16 11:44:00 | I'm running windows 98se and I don't know if I clicked the mouse or touched a key but the horizontal taskbar at the bottom of the screen jumped to the right hand side of the screen vertically and it won't drag to another position How can I restore it please |

| 15628 | 2001-07-16 12:26:00 | Just a guess but is your taskbar covered in lots of rubbish, like quick links and programs like realplayer in the system tray, because to drag the task bar you have to use an empty part of the bar, and only the bit where running programs listed. Or if there is no room you draw on the clock as it works. |
