15744	2001-07-18 21:42:00	My dial up connection box continuously pops up when the modem line is not plugged in. It just started one day, i hadn't changed any settings and as far as i know, hadn't installed any programs that could be doing it. It's annoying because it stops some games from going, and makes it hard to shut down the computer. Please help someone!!!!!	Guest (0)
15745	2001-07-19 01:01:00	how about letting it dail out and let your firewall (such as zonealarm) stop it so you can id the offending program. just check the phone number its using to dail out with first. a swep through with adaware5.5 wouldn't be a bad idea.	Guest (0)
15746	2001-07-21 23:39:00	Hi Jenny It doesn't sound like the problem but if you are running win98 has the Desktop been set to 'View as web page'. To check Right click on empty space of desktop & on one of the pages there you will find the setting.	Guest (0)
