15707	2001-07-18 05:08:00	Hi there, When I go to Scan Disk I close down all programs except Explorer and Systray and then proceed to Scan. In the past this has worked ok but now I find that I cannot close down Rnaapp. After I use <Control>-<Alt>-<Delete> then <Close> the Rnaapp disappears giving the impression that it has closed down but after the scan has started I get an error message saying that another program is still running and upsetting the scan process. When I check back I find Rnaapp has reappeared. Does any one out there have any ideas why I cannot get suddenly get rid of Rnaapp? Thanks .	Guest (0)
15708	2001-07-18 05:38:00	Rnaapp is the remote networking program needed for when you are online, your best bet is to run scandisk in safe mode - you should only need to run it once a month or so anyway.	Guest (0)
