| 15736 | 2001-07-18 12:02:00 | I am unable to use my HP scanner. A window pops up saying (this program has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down) The details are (HPPRSCLT caused an invalid page fault in module HP330T.DLL at 0177:ole 716d3.(followed by register # & letters)) A similer fault happens when trying to use my web cam.I have deleated the HP software then re-installed it but same fault comes up. I have even tryed MS up dates. Any help would be a blessing. I have WIN 98 SE. | Guest (0) | ||
| 15737 | 2001-07-18 23:22:00 | Found my error (next morning) My computer was starting slow so started un-checking what I thought was falsh starts in the system configuration utility on the start up menu. Some of those I un-checked where, still mage monitor(my scanner) and L V coms (my cam). Re-checked them, then re-booted found that both now work fine. Lesson learnt, = be carful when un-checking.
