| 1276965 | 2012-05-23 20:55:00 | Is there any way of adding, probably via a third party maybe, a STOP button onto the Firefox toolbar. Becomes annoying especially when I am on a expensive satellite connection, pages that keep loading even though in the past I have been able to press the X button in earlier versions of FF as what I need to see has already displayed. And please don't suggest using Explorer, hate it. Am so used to the way FireFox loads and behaves. Just the last few new versions, they have started deleting the various buttons that were earlier available. Have googled the issue but what results I have found were for versions way back around v4. Thanks |

The laptop I have been using for the last 2 weeks wasn't my regular laptop, that had FF12.0 installed and there was no X or Reload options on the Location bar and they are not available in Custom either. I have just flown into Chch and have finally got access to my own regular laptop which has FGF13.0 Beta Channel installed and it has separate X and Reload buttons, just the way I like it. Am about to go to a meeting, I will check out those Firefox links. Thanks all. |
