| 1253827 | 2012-01-13 06:33:00 | I can download books OK from the Kobo Site but I don't know what format and how to transfer to the Kobo when I download from other sites. Any help would be appreciated. |

| 1253828 | 2012-01-13 07:10:00 | Download and install calibre-ebook (http://calibre-ebook.com/). Kobo reads many formats, try epub. Go to the site you want to download the book(s) Make sure kobo is plugged in Via USB ( its easier) open Calibre. See Picture below: 1. Click on add books - navigate to where you downloaded the book, select it, then click open. You will see it load into Calibre. 2. highlight the book(s) you want - Click Send to device. 3.Down the bottom right hand corner you will see it loading, only takes a few seconds, but a tick will appear beside the book as well once its loaded. Done 3505 Edited: Calibre can convert to many different formats as well. Simply click the book you have loaded, Click Covert Books -- top right is a drop down box with various options. |
