| 1253662 | 2012-01-13 02:56:00 | I have been with Openhost for nearly 5 years (I now have 4 or 5 different sites with them - some mine, some client's) and have nothing negative to say about them at all. The price is right, the communication about server upgrades/patches is great and when I have an issue (usually self-inflicted) their customer service is outstanding. I can't remember when there was last an unplanned outage and the planned ones are always at 2am (Thursdays, normally), so affect next to nobody.... They are based in Albany (Auckland). |
