| 1253650 | 2012-01-13 08:58:00 | Lyall Bay and the odd fishing boat, the Cook Strait, planes coming in to land, ferries to and from Picton, other shipping including cruise liners and on a clear day both of the Kaikoura Ranges. Seabirds, oystercatchers and sometimes black swans from the Porirua area. Never seen but heard at night blue penguins. Common dolphins, occasionaly orcas and sometimes seals. |
