| 1254440 | 2012-01-18 08:23:00 | Oven update. Took a while going thru the gas fitter numbers in the yellow pages to find some who had even heard of the brand of gas oven. Its a Craig and Seeley oven which is Australian. 1984 model. Then struck it lucky old dude in North Shore working from home under his house not only heard of the brand but had a thermostat/valve brand new. well old and dusty brand new if you know what I mean. Biffed it in this evening and calibrated the temperature works sweet. It does not completely turn off and go to a pilot flame but just turns the flame down when it reaches the selected temperature. Quite orgasmic watching the flame reduce and fire back up again, much better than watching paint dry or even grass growing. |
