He can send himself all the emails he likes, or I could send him emails - he can only claim something he had to pay for, used in the course o his business. He'd already claim internet costs, or at least a percentage of it. And what's the point unless he then bills himself as well? And then pay himself??? Husband used to quote me for fixing household plumbing, so I'd tell him I'd pay him out of his account for it. Useful huh. Now employees, I thought that was interesting too. If they expect you to be connecting to work systems and answering work emails - or whatever - then yeah, it should be overtime. However, I don't - at least as yet, have a VPN to work. I might, although with the new roster coming up - I think I'll miss that joy and be there on weekends instead now. |
