I think idiocy and smoking go together and it didnt do that guys health any good. I am reminded of being told that you dont smoke, the cigarette smokes, you are just the sucker on the end of it. |

Is it fair that we, the taxpayers will be paying for his stupidity? Not that there's the alternative of him paying for it if he's justifiably in a HNZ home. In a fair world his 'assistance' would be cut back by at least the equivalent of what he's able to spend on smokes. |
