I have an HP Pavilion dv6000 running XP Professional. I fu=ind it difficult to work on from the battery as the screen brightness is set to low - no dout to save battery power. For the life of me I have not been able to work out how to up the brightness. Help please.

There is usually a key combination to press. With my netbook it is Fn+F5. |

HPs are normally FN+arrow keys I think |

i find that if you wanna get away with a less bright screen, the ambient light needs to be lower and draw the curtains if there is glare there.... |
